Terms of sale
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the sale of products offered on the BrickGrid Studio website, accessible at: www.brickgridstudio.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).
1. Products
The products offered are decorative frames designed to showcase LEGO Speed Champions – Formula 1 models. Product descriptions and visuals are provided as accurately as possible. Photographs are non-contractual. Minor variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of the products.
2. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€), all taxes included (incl. VAT), excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are displayed before the final order confirmation.
3. Orders
An order is considered final once the cart has been validated, these Terms accepted, and full payment received. A confirmation email is sent to the customer after order validation.
4. Payment
Payment is made online using the secure payment methods offered on the Site (Shopify payment solutions). The order will only be prepared after full payment has been received.
5. Shipping
Deliveries are handled by third-party carriers. The delivery times provided are indicative and may vary depending on the destination and logistical conditions. A tracking number is provided once the order has been shipped.
For deliveries outside the European Union (notably the United States / Canada), customs duties, local taxes, or import fees may be required by the authorities of the destination country. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fees.
6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable regulations, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return (right of withdrawal).
- Returns accepted within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- If the returned item is not in its original condition, any loss in value (damage, signs of use, missing parts, insufficient packaging, etc.) will be borne by the buyer.
Returns must be sent using appropriate packaging to ensure the product is properly protected during transport.
7. Refunds
After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order, within a maximum period of 14 days.
8. Liability
The Seller cannot be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier, nor for indirect damages. In any case, the Seller’s liability is limited to the amount of the order.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (texts, images, visuals, logos) is protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction or use without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
10. Personal Data
Personal data collected is used solely for order processing and customer relationship management. In accordance with GDPR regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, and delete your personal data.
11. Applicable Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority. Failing that, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
